Friends of TAS works to increase the positive interaction and collaboration between rescue organizations and the shelter to find homes for adoptable dogs. A primary objective of Friends of TAS is to reduce the intake of shelter animals through education and spay/neuter programs with an end goal of reducing the number of homeless animals and euthanasia due to overpopulation.
